The caps of the analog joystick of the PS5 controllers ,Unfortunately, wear out over time and tear down. If the Controller is still technically ok, it would be expensive to buy a new one. Instead, you can simply swap the thumbsticks.
 The replacement requires a small screwdriver and a little patience.
